had a lovely couple of hours here. it was peaceful and had a relaxing atmosphere. it was really nice being able to get up close to all the beautiful animals. the staff were amazing and very helpful. will definitely be going back.

We had the pleasure of visiting Cherry Tree Farm this weekend. This isn't JUST your average petting farm, these animals are loved like pets and the volunteers go above and beyond in order to provide the best care and experience for their residents and guests. Feed and grooming equipment are provided with no extra charge. Drinks and snacks are available from reception and are reasonably priced. Although if you're going with little ones I would advise taking a lunchbox :) WE GOT TO WALK THE GOATS!! Two of the volunteers, Emma and Rebecca, were fantastic guides. Answering all of our questions and making us feel so confident walking our chosen goats. Hazard and Jess. The women who operate the farm are single-handedly the most dedicated and committed ladies. Let's show our support for them and all that they do in the community!! It's honestly a great day for adults and children alike.

What a chilled out experience for children and grandparents , we really enjoyed getting one to one with Rhino the pony and a grooming kit . Tracy was so friendly and helpful as were all the other staff . Great therapy for for the 3 of us we will be back .

Our son had a visit from some baby goats and guinea pigs at his birthday party today. Such kind ladies and beautiful animals. The children had a wonderful time, would highly recommend. Thank you.

My daughter loves goats and asked for her 13th birthday if she could walk a goat. Cherry Tree farm, was the a Great little place to take her and her brother. They got to pick out the goat they wanted to walk and talk it for a walk. Had fun feeding them from inside the pen and outside. Little play space to break up the experience and a few other animals. They are both planning to come back. Thank you for making us welcome.

Fabulous place and excellent staff

Honestly the best find in a long time what an amazing little place . We did the tour and goat grooming and both me and the children loved every second . We came on the way home from a holiday as a pit stop but will be travelling to come back . Thank you cherry tree for some memories made xxx

It’s a great family day out especially for little ones. There are so many animals to see. Goats personally were my favourite even if they tried eating my top and jeans. Naughty. But overall they are all very friendly humans and animals 🤣

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere

My wife and I visited Cherry Tree Farm for the Goat Experience yesterday and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to unwind with these lovely inquisitive animals. Everyone was so welcoming too.

I would thoroughly recommend the goat experience to anyone who wants to spend a good amount of time with the beautiful and boisterous goats! We had such a fun time feeding, grooming, playing, cuddling and walking the goats, would definitely visit again ❤️🐐❤️

I cannot thank Tracey and everyone at Cherry Tree Farm enough, for a lovely day for our daughters 3rd birthday. All the kids, including even the big kids, had the best time cuddling the goats and walking them.

Spent a lovely Saturday morning doing a farm tour . Our guide was lovely , friendly and knowledgable . The little boys had a wonderful time cuddling animals and learning about them . The new cafe will be a wonderful asset and we’ll certainly be back with our two mini muckers !!

Me and my boyfriend visited today and absolutely LOVED it!! We did the goat experience for 2 thing, and it was amazing!! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, and you could tell they really cared about their animals. It was a really nice experience!! The goats are very boisterous, and one decided to have a race with me during the walk (which I loved!!). Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend if you love animals 🐈🐰🐖🐐❤️

We visited Cherry tree farm today with our son who has Severe learning difficulty, Autism and social anxiety. Whenever we chance taking him somewhere new we never know how he will react. We were greeted by friendly understanding faces ( always a relief! ) We we’re told to approach any staff if we wanted to Pet or enter the animal pens for a close up experience and to explore as much as we liked ( no time limits what so ever ). We were also told about the chill out area that we could access at anytime. As my son was already becoming overwhelmed we chose to follow his lead. He wanted to look from afar and that was enough for today. We did manage to stay for almost two hours which I think was helped by the lovely open space and the fact that it was so calm and quiet. The farm is clearly a work in progress but this didn’t effect our visit at all. I’m really looking forward to returning to the farm as I know that because we’ve been before it will be easier for my son to relax and be able to enjoy all that the farm has to offer .

Fantastic family run business very helpful very welcoming always happy to please had a fantastic time there today with my daughter who is disabled in a wheelchair she groomed a pony and let the pony run the paddock very well organised well recommended

We had a really great time today- for my Grandson’s 4th Birthday. We had a tour and then groomed, walked and fed the goats that the children chose. The sun saved us on a cold day! All the people we met were lovely, Caitlin who looked after us was friendly and good with the children. Thank you! Had an enjoyable day and will return!

So back at the beginning of the year I message these lovely people with a strange request if they hired out goats for a birthday 🎂 for them to bring to my home. on Friday they made this happen. It was well worth the money spent the children absolutely loved it and so did my husband. I will definitely be visiting the farm for sure. Thank you so much ladies.

I have just had a 45 minute tour at this farm and cannot fault them in the slightest. Staff were friendly and informative when asked about the animals. We went in all the pens and fed and stroked all the animals bar the Llamas as they were new and still getting used to people.

Had a brilliant day the staff were friendly and so were the animals I fell in love with all of them so sweet it’s a must to go again

The love and care given to these animal is obvious , many of them are rescued , rehomed or bred at the farm and they are all adored by the owner and the team of volunteers who look after them and socialise them after many having the bad start to their lives .This will be a new start for them into a loving home. It’s not a huge commercialised business like some , it’s a small petting farm with a small entrance fee and you pay to have a relaxed , enjoyable and calming day out. The staff are mostly volunteers who love animals and they are very friendly and knowledgable and the well being of the animals is paramount . They also have a fabulous gift shop that is very well priced with some original and quirky gifts inside as well as suitable gifts for children visiting. Well worth a visit , support local family run businesses .

We had the most fun this morning with the lovely Newbian goats! I booked goats for 2 for my husband's birthday and it was brilliant. We got to sit in with the goats for cuddles, gave them a brush and fed them. We also took them for a walk up the lane. I would highly recommend them. the animals are clear well cared for and happy. Thank you for a lovely experience. 😍

Very helpful and friendly. the kids loved the animals. It's great what they're doing rehoming animals that have not been looked after very well at their previous homes.

Where do I begin? Cherry tree farm is honestly the most magical place I have ever been to! I have been volunteering here for roughly a year and a half an it has changed my life. All of the team are so friendly and welcoming to every person and animal they meet, everyone feels like my 2nd family. I started up the farm very shy and nervous, however within a blink of an eye I have become so confident and social thanks to our animals and team. I absolutely adore that all the animals are treated as pets rather than a business and everyone is so well looked after. It’s such a relaxed little farm and it feels like home every time I go xxx

We had a wonderful time at cherry Tree farm. Love how close we can get to animals and interact with them. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There is a nice gift shop and you can buy food to feed animals. Will definitely be going again.

We had the most wonderful afternoon looking around the farm and loved our piglet experience, a wonderful hidden little farm that brought jso much joy to our sunday. We will definitely be back 🐷

We had the absolute best time here! Our grandchildren are 7, 5 and 1 and all enjoyed it so much. The goats were a firm favourite with the children and I was rather taken with the piglets 😍 Our farm tour guide was lovely and so good at putting the children at ease. The farm isn't big and fancy, its personal and friendly and I loved it all the more for that! we will definitely be back and have booked a goats at home party for our granddaughters birthday. we cant wait! thank you so much all for such a lovely afternoon x

What a lovely afternoon at cherry tree, we had a lovely knowledgeable lad give us a tour of the farm where we enjoyed feeding all the animals, my daughter was very much in her element..and being able to take the goats for a walk fantastic experience

If you love animals then you will love Cherry Tree Farm. The staff and very welcoming. We had an amazing tour around with Emma and Olivia telling us all about the goats, pigs, ponies, sheep, rabbits, llamas, ducks, guinea pigs and more! We ended up bringing 2 baby guinea pigs home -will update you when they come out from hiding!

We visited today with my 1year old son along with his Auntie and 2 cousins. He loved it. We got to go into the enclosures with the animals. There was a baby goat and piggies which were too cute! We had cuddles and there's enough room for children to explore. If you haven't, you should definitely go visit the farm! Great day out and very cost effective too!

I came to cherry tree farm today with my 2 daughters, my friend and her 2 girls & we had a lovely time. All of the staff were lovely and the owner even catered for mine and my daughters gluten intolerance. It really is a cheap full day out.

Lovely morning with the grandkids the loved feeding and holding the animals. Charis and her partner were very friendly and knowledgeable telling us about all the animals and their names. Well worth a visit 😊

For my goat obsessed daughters birthday today we had the goats at home experience with 3 goats. Chutney branston and pickle. What an experience. This was amazing the ladies were super helpful and friendly and set them all up provided a pen leads brushes and treats for the goat. It was such a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend to all. We all enjoyed this experience so much and was worth every penny. Thankyou sooooo much this is amazing and has been a fantastic day

What an amazing little farm! Such an amazing find on our little break away to Norfolk. We all had so much fun and loved our farm tour, with so many gorgeous animals to cuddle and lots of interesting facts. Everyone was so lovely and friendly ❤️

What a lovely little hidden gem. Very friendly staff, the tour was great. We fed goats, ponies, sheep, saw some baby goats and baby piggies. Will definitely return :) and now they have Llamas :)
